Arcanium Med Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") wants Arcanium Med to be accessible and usable for students and visitors with a wide range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Arcanium Med is a beta-stage educational technology platform. Some features are still being built, tested, revised, and improved. Accessibility work is part of that development process.
1. Accessibility Goal
Our goal is to work toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), currently using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility reference where appropriate for this platform.
Because Arcanium Med includes interactive educational diagrams, dashboards, calculators, calendar tools, file upload workflows, practice questions, and beta features, accessibility improvements may be implemented in stages as the platform develops.
2. Measures We Take
Arcanium Med may use accessibility practices such as:
- semantic HTML structure where practical;
- keyboard-accessible controls where practical;
- visible focus states for interactive elements;
- labels or accessible names for forms and controls;
- alternative text or accessible descriptions for meaningful images where practical;
- status messages for important app updates where practical;
- reduced-motion support for animation-heavy experiences where practical;
- ongoing review of color contrast, layout, and screen-reader behavior.
3. Known Beta Limitations
Some parts of Arcanium Med may not yet be fully accessible to every user or assistive technology. Areas that may require continued accessibility review include:
- advanced interactive diagrams, simulations, and SVG-based controls;
- drag-and-drop or file-upload workflows;
- custom dropdowns, filters, and modal dialogs;
- animated educational visuals and progress indicators;
- complex dashboards, tables, and visual study tools;
- third-party services, embedded libraries, or browser-specific behavior outside our direct control.
We do not claim that Arcanium Med is fully conformant with WCAG or any other accessibility standard at this time. We are working to identify and improve accessibility barriers as the platform matures.
4. Compatibility
Arcanium Med is designed to work in modern browsers and on common desktop and mobile devices. Accessibility behavior may vary depending on browser, operating system, device, assistive technology, browser settings, and network conditions.
If you experience a barrier with a specific browser, device, screen reader, keyboard workflow, or assistive technology, please contact us with those details so we can better understand and investigate the issue.
5. Feedback and Support
If you have trouble accessing any part of Arcanium Med, or if you need information in a different format, contact us at:

6. Response Process
We will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility feedback, respond to accessibility-related requests, and improve access where practical. Response times may vary during beta development, but accessibility reports help us prioritize improvements.
Accessibility requests are handled through the same support address used for privacy, content, bug, and beta feedback requests.
