Use this for broken buttons, display issues, sync problems, import errors, duplicated data, parsing problems, or anything that does not behave as expected.
If possible, include screenshots, browser name/version, device type, whether you are using the live site or local file, and the page where the issue happened.
Accessibility Requests
Use this if you have trouble accessing a page, feature, tool, diagram, upload workflow, calendar, dashboard, or other part of Arcanium Med.
If possible, include the page or feature involved, the barrier you encountered, your browser and device, any assistive technology you were using, and the format or support you need.
Privacy and Data Deletion Requests
Use this for account deletion requests, data deletion requests, access or correction requests, privacy questions, or questions about saved account data.
When requesting data deletion, use the email associated with your Arcanium Med account so the correct account can be identified.
Professor Intel Moderation Concerns
Use this for concerns about Professor Intel submissions, ratings, comments, moderation, inaccurate feedback, defamatory or harassing content, inappropriate content, or content that may include private information.
Please include the professor name, module or course if relevant, and a short explanation of the concern.
Copyright and Content Complaints
Use this for copyright concerns, unauthorized exam material, confidential institutional material, restricted third-party content, patient information, private personal information, or other content that should be reviewed or removed.
Please include the content at issue, where it appears, your contact information, and a short explanation of your rights or concern so Arcanium Med can review the request.
